Mental Health Doesn’t Get a Summer Break

Denys KangNews

The PTO is committed to ensuring that any student who needs access to social and emotional support can obtain it, regardless of their financial situation. The Insight Collaboration is a partnership with the Hinsdale Central Social Workers and the licensed Counselors at the Community House.

Through this program, dozens of students have received the help they need. The Insight Collaboration is a self-sustaining program that relies on donors, not PTO dues, to offer these services.

The Social Workers identify students who would benefit from counseling and work directly with the Community House.  To help as many students as possible, the Insight Collaboration is seeking additional funds. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent of the law. Consider donating today through https://hcpto.org/donate/. Checks made out to the Hinsdale Central PTO are also accepted and can be dropped off or mailed to the school. In the memo section, indicate Insight Collaboration

If you have any questions regarding the program, please reach out to insight@hcpto.org.

Thank you in advance for your support! Have an enjoyable and rejuvenating summer!
