To recognize teachers and staff who go above and beyond within our Red Devil community, the Hinsdale Central PTO sponsors Make a Difference Awards. In celebration of the kindness and commitment of these generous individuals, we invite you to nominate a teacher or staff member whose actions have been a positive force in your life, or that of a student at Hinsdale Central. When describing why this individual deserves the award, please be as specific as possible. Although applications must be signed, those who submit nominations will remain anonymous. Twenty-four awards (usually six per quarter) will be made during the school year.

Each award recipient will be recognized with a personalized certificate and a $100 gift card. Those who have not received an award within the past 8 quarters are eligible for the current quarter. However, we encourage nominations regardless of eligibility for the main award, as we send all nominees a note of recognition and appreciation at the end of each school year.

Q1 – Friday, October 4, 2024 Q2 – Friday, December 6, 2024 Q3 – Friday, March 7, 2025
